Returns & Refunds

 

Standard Products

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

 

Returned items must:

     Be unused

     Be in original condition

     Include original packaging

     Be free from damage, stains, odours, or signs of use

      

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item has been inspected.

 

Bespoke & Personalised Products

Due to the handcrafted nature of bespoke products, personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

     Your order number

     Photographs of the issue

 

We will assess the matter and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
